This is what the Government should do to the separatists in Kashmir!

Just yesterday, i saw in the news that separatists in Jammu and Kashmir waved Pakistani Flag, yet again. Let's get a little rude now, i mean the soft talks are useless. If a person believes he belongs to another nation, and he hates our nation beyond limits, then the we should be courteous enough to provide the exit. Why do we need separatists in our nation? Are they helping us grow? No. Are they a responsibility? Liability, i'd rather say.

If they themselves donot want to live here, why force them. I've some suggestions for the government to do with these people.

  • Issue a notice to Leave India within 2 months. Wait...they need a passport for that. Indian or Pakistani? Indian is the only option ohhh wait....you need to give in writing that you are an Indian Citizen! That hurts. Or the Pakistani one....ohhhh...You'll land up in jail for staying in India illegally without any Visa, LEGALLY!
  • Cut them off, not Literally! Give them a refugee status with T&C apply. You can stay, but since you are against the system and the taxes, you cannot buy anything from India. Buy directly from Pakistan, be it a match-stick or suicide jacket. The normal custom taxes will  be levied.
  • Write to Pakistani Authorities. Come here and take'em. They didn't even pick their dead in Kargil, they won't even think about these Muhazirs.
  • Provide education to everyone except them. Yes, why should we? Go and take classes in Pakistan. Leave your separatist ideology, and you're welcome as brothers.
  • Re-allocate them to the LOC villages. This might solve two problems, or at least one of two problems for sure. First is, Cease fire violations will go down. If they violate cease fire, separatist will know where their "Ideal" state stands.
Being a secular and sovereign nation, allowing this kind of activity is unconstitutional. We are not against any particular religion. We are against the state policies being driven to favor a particular vote bank. Having the right to Equality means having the right to Equality, no specific minority appeasement is needed, no specific reservation is needed. Being a Sikh,I myself belong to minority community. I'm against minority appeasement. I'm against giving special status to Kashmir. I'm against inviting Hurriyat leaders for dinner at Taj( by our beloved RaGa).

Mr. Geelani, if you want an Indian Passport, you've to accept the Indian Nationality. Else, visit the Pakistani Embassy in Delhi. We know well what you get from ISI. Stop blinding Kashmiri youth, stop using them for your personal gains. No one can develop people not willing to develop. One can either keep fighting the system, or can grow with it. Anyway, Passport form online bhi available hain ab!

Kashmir is an integral part of India. It is stable now not due to separatists or Human Rights waale. But due to blood and sweat of our soldiers. Those people who want to remove AFSPA , i compare them with people who are cutting the same branch of the tree, on which they are sitting! The day AFSPA is gone, State Police will take command.God knows what might happen then.

Minorities need to understand that there are specific political parties, that are using them for political gains. The solution to their problems is not reservation or separate state, but Development. Growth comes with development. Our Media should black list these separatists. Instead of inviting them to debates, why not take a stand and say that their opinion is not needed.

Molding Vladimir Putin's speech in context of India, "India does not need Separatists. Separatists need India!"

P.s: Dear Separatist friend, where was your boat during Kashmir Flood? How many people did you save?

Life gave Manu a second chance, This is why he ruined it!

Tanu weds Manu is faring good in theatres. The movie is good no doubt, but there is a thing that has been ruined. I'm glad there won't be any further sequels, because if they are made, Manu will see a glimpse of a life close to hell thanks to his Narcissist wife. Narcissist is, by definition a personality disorder in which a person is excessively preoccupied with personal prestige, power, adequacy and vanity, mentally unable to see the destructive damage they are doing to themselves and others.

Tanu left her boyfriend Raja Awasthi, to be with Manu in a very short span of time. I mean, excuse me! You were happily tattooed. Just few days with manu, and you found "True" love, yet again! Not giving a shit to your family, has no personal identity, flirts with people around and no doubt narcissist. On the other hand, there was this datto. National level athlete, self made, caring towards her family, strong enough to take a stand on her own. Annnnnd, Guess whom did Manu choose, it should not be a hard guess, because Narcissist dictates your choices!

We all have or have had or will have a narcissist person in our lives. There are just too many of them. Some of the signs are:

  • They lack Empathy, the very trait that makes us human. Tanu never cared about her actions, or the impact they had on her husband. She willingly went to Raja Awasthy. But could not stand it when Manu found someone else.
  • They are Manipulative. Remember the dialogue, "Hum bewafa kya hue...aap to badchalan hogye!" Just to place yourself superior to the other person. "Abhi to aur jaleel hona baki hai" to make Manu think think think annnnnd thinnkk, and get trapped in the emotional web. To make him think and forget all the wrong doings she did to him.
  • Are highly reactive to criticism. The moment Raja Awasthi criticised her in Part 1 and he got ummmm.....Dumped! -_-
  • They donot care about your thoughts or feelings or ideas.Anything you say in relation to yourself will be dismissed or made fun of.
These are some of the traits that i noticed. Manu was a boring person , it was evident in first part. She never fell in love with him. If she fell in love with him in a few days, what was it that She and Raja had?
The happiness Manu had with Datto was never seen with Tanu, never saw him smile at all with her.

A narcissist will never let you go! They need a weaker person to put it on, to use as a punching bag, to satisfy the ego part.
Dude, she left you in a mental Asylum, cheated behind your back, stole your credit card, went to her ex, and you chose her in the end just because She cried! Really? True Love? *Slow Claps*

God Bless Manu, Life gave him a second chance to make his life better. But guess he was not brave enough. Not to forget ruined Datto's life too. Just imagine what would happen in her village now. All the reputation gone. Next time she won't have enough courage to show her choice to the village, because "Her choice" Sharma ji backed off!

And, ye Komal kahaan gyi! Khair chhodo.....
Banno tera swagger laage shexy!

Being Un"HUMAN"!

"Mere baare men itna na sochna, Court men aata hun pagli...Jail men nahi!" , Ooops, that's relatable quite a bit. Bhai allegedly killed a person, Bhai was put under trial, Bhai kept fighting 12 years, Bhai got convicted, Bhai got bail, Bhai got the jail term suspended, Bhai under trial again!

Khair chhodo, let's talk about the being human group of intellectuals.

Social Media was flooded with post in favor of and against the judgment. "Celebrities" even calling the street dwellers dogs. Defaming the victim. Haan, vaise sahi baat hai! Kyu soya! Bhai to bas daaru pi kar drive kar rahe the....To? Jail bhej doge?

Much Similarly, Rapist ko capital punishment? Kyuu? Wo ladki skirt men kyu thi? Raat ko 8 bje? Rapist to bas drunk tha? To? Jail bhej doge?

These are the same people who were criticizing Advocate M.L Sharma on his remarks on Nirbhaya Rape case. Now is the time to take a deep breathe, sit down, relax and look into the mirror.
Sir, Farak jyada nahi hai! Usne bola ladki ki galti thi....Aap bol rahe ho....Bhai ki kya galti!
He said, consider the upbringing of the juvenile, You're saying, Bhai has done so much charity!

Ek dialogue main bhi marunga, " Footpath sone ke liye nahi hote, to gaadi chalaane ke liye bhi nahi hote".

The whole scenario was a mirror shown to the society. No, you cannot blame Indian Culture here, get a new point!

The same society who rushes to India Gate for candle light marches, change their display pictures to Black dots is numb. Just because the accused is way cooler than they'll ever become by protesting against him!

Why this hypocrisy? Why double standards?

The question has been risen again, if we need judicial reforms or not! 12 years to decide if Bhai was behind the wheel, 2 hours to get the bail after conviction, and 2 days to get the judgement suspended!

Aamir Khan did one show of Satyamev Jayate on drunk driving cases and life of victims. Badi badi baatein kari thi ! Music ke saath! He was seen supporting not the victim, but Salman Khan!
Hypocrites?

Bada Aadmi jail sirf filmon men hi jata hai! and Bhai ki film men bhaai hi bhejte hain "Kutte" ko jail!

The bodyguard of Bhai died a forgotten death, because he was rejected by him family, his police department, everyone who mattered. But he sticked to his point till he died. His testimony is the major proof for the trial. But Bhaai jail jaenge? Abey paagal hai kyaa?

Jai Hind!

Prashant Bhushan's Open Letter to Arvind Kejriwal!

(Prashant Bhushan is a famous lawyer-activist whose public interest litigations have helped expose major scams. He is a founding member of the Aam Aadmi Party.)

Dear Arvind,

In the National Council meeting held on the March 28, in your Convenor's address, instead of giving a review of the party's situation and the path ahead, you chose to launch an attack on Yogendra Ji, my father and me, making all sorts of false and inflammatory allegations against us. Your speech incited several Delhi MLAs- (who were invited despite not being members of the NC) to scream that we were "gaddars" who should be thrown out, and behave in the manner of hooligans. Such was the ferocity of the mob of these MLAs and others as they rushed towards my father, that he felt that he may not get out of this alive.

You did not even allow us to respond to your allegations. Immediately after your speech, in the middle of shouting and screaming by MLAs and others, Manish read out a resolution for our removal (without any chair, and without anyone allowing him to do so). He then proceeded to call for vote by show of hands without allowing any discussion, forcing us to walk out of what had clearly become a farce.
It was farcical for many reasons: Many members of the NC had not been invited or allowed to attend; more than half the people inside the meeting hall were non-members, which included MLAs, district and State convenors of four states, volunteers and bouncers; there was no orderly conduct of the proceedings for many reasons, including the hooliganism displayed by many people there; no independent videography was allowed, the party's Lokpal was not allowed, etc.

What has happened subsequent to the 28th, however, has taken the farce to a level where it seems as if a Stalinist purge is taking place in the party. The party's internal Lokpal, a person of immense stature and independence, has been removed unconstitutionally, merely because he expressed his wish to attend the National Council meeting and was seen to be fair; other members of the National Executive are being suspended, again unconstitutionally, only because they had attended a press conference held by us after the hooliganism in the National Council meeting.

Thereafter, you have ordered the release of a carefully-edited version of your speech at the National Council meeting, containing various false charges against us, and carefully editing out the portions showing the hooliganism of the mob. It is in such circumstances that I am having to write this open letter to you.

In order to respond to your charges, I would need to go back a bit to see where my serious differences started with you.  If you will remember, my differences started after the Lok Sabha elections, when a series of things happened which began to show two serious defects in your character and personality. Firstly, you wanted  to push through your decisions at any cost in the party, despite the majority of the PAC or the National Executive disagreeing with you. This included  decisions that would have undoubtedly been very harmful for the party and against public interest. And secondly, you were  willing to use some very highly unethical and even criminal means to achieve your ends.

After the Lok Sabha elections, you felt that the party was  finished, and could only be revived if it were  able to form the government again in Delhi. So immediately after the elections, you started talking to the Congress party for taking its support again to  form the government in Delhi. When news of this came out, a large number of important  people in the party including Prithvi Reddy, Mayank Gandhi and Anjali Damania called me up saying this would be disastrous, and if this happens, they would have to quit the party. I was in Shimla at that time, I called you up, and I said that you should not go ahead with this unless there is a proper discussion in the Political Action Committee (PAC).

I immediately came back and we had a meeting of the PAC at  your residence. And at that meeting, a majority of the members - 5:4 - felt that we should not go ahead with forming the government with Congress' support. I had pointed out that this would seem extremely opportunistic, since there was no logical reason for us to change our publicly stated position. I also added that such a government would not last, as the Congress will withdraw support soon, and thereafter, for us to revive the party would become even more difficult.

Instead of abiding by the majority decision, you said that while that may be the majority view, as the Convenor of the party, you have the right to take the final decision, and that you would go ahead with seeking Congress' support. At that point, I had a verbal argument with you. I said the party can't be run in this manner, and it has to be run by some democratic means. So it was decided to refer this issue to the National Executive which had many more people. This reference was made by email, and people were expected to vote by next morning. By next morning, again a majority of people opposed this decision in the National Executive and yet, a letter was secretly sent by you to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi saying that he should not dissolve the Assembly for another week because AAP wants to seek the opinion of the people on whether to form the government again.

Immediately after the letter came out, Congress said they were not ready to support AAP and that left us with egg on our face with the result that you had to backtrack the next day and apologize. But despite that, the attempt to form the government with Congress' support or with the support of breakaway MLAs from the Congress continued, as is clear from the sting tape of Rajesh Garg which shows you were wanting to form the government with the support of those MLAs whom you had yourself accused of having being bought over by the BJP for Rs. 4 crore each. How could you even think of forming a government with the support of such people! And this went on till as late as November, just before the dissolution of the Assembly. In November, you called Nikhil Dey and asked him to speak to Rahul Gandhi to convince him to get the Congress party to support. But Nikhil told you that he can't talk to Rahul Gandhi on this issue.

Can you deny any of these facts? All this, showed your willingness to go against majority opinion, break all democratic rules of the party, and seek unethical support of MLAs whom you yourself had accused of being corrupt, all in the pursuit of power at any cost.
Then came the issue of AVAM or Aam Aadmi Volunteer Action Manch, which was a group of volunteers who wanted their voices heard in the party. Because this was threatening to brew into a rebellion amongst volunteers who felt that they were being used only like slave labour, and because you felt that it was necessary to crush this, it appears that the party got an SMS sent in the name of AVAM, saying that volunteers should join the BJP - the idea was to  suggest  that AVAM had become an agent of the BJP, though the SMS was  fabricated by the party itself in the name of AVAM. And using this, you announced in a Google Hangout that these people had become traitors because of that SMS. And on that basis, Karan Singh, who was the leader of AVAM, was suspended and removed from the party. He appealed to the national disciplinary committee, which I was heading, and he said 'I had been saying that this is not sent by me, please have this investigated'. So I asked you and Dilip Pandey and others to get this investigated, but you steadfastly refused.
Eventually, Karan Singh had to lodge an FIR, and the police investigated the matter and it was found that a volunteer of the party, not of AVAM, called Deepak Chaudhary, created this identity in the name of AAVAAM and used that to send that SMS. You should know Arvind, that impersonating an organisation or persons in order to defame them, is a serious criminal offence. Unfortunately young volunteers in the party under your tutelage are being taught that use of such means is OK in politics, since any means used to defeat a "Bigger evil" is OK.

Then came the issue of whether the party should contest Assembly elections in Haryana and Maharashtra. Again the matter was put to the National Executive by email, and the majority - 15 is to 4 - said that that should be left to state units to decide in accordance with our principle of Swaraj. But you did not allow that decision to be implemented. And eventually, it was rendered infructuous, because elections came too close and finally in that National Executive meet in Sangrur it was decided that there's no point, and one should forget about contesting those elections.
When the Delhi elections were announced and campaigning started, you instructed volunteers to start a campaign 'Modi for PM, Kejriwal for CM'. I said this is totally unprincipled. It means that our party has gone down on its knees before Modi at a time when it was positioning itself as the main opposition to Modi.
When the process of candidate selection for the Delhi Assembly election of 2015 started, I found there was no transparency. Contrary to earlier practice, we were not posting candidates' names on the website. Even the PAC, which was meant to approve the candidate, was not being sent the bio-data or names of the candidates in advance to enable us to check the records of the candidates. In the second meeting of the PAC to discuss candidate selection, because I had received complaints about two of the candidates who were being proposed in that meeting, I pointed this out. You got very angry saying, "Why do you think we will be selecting crooked people?" I said that is not the point - we need to have some transparency and due diligence. That led to an argument between you and me, and I walked out of that meeting and wrote an email on November 27, that I cannot be a rubber stamp for non-transparent and questionable selection of candidates. That email is now in the public domain.
After that, in the next list, again there were at least four questionable candidates among the 10 names proposed. Yogendra Yadav and I wrote a letter to the PAC on 10th December, detailing the objections against these four and pointing out that this time, the process of candidate selection was very different from the last time. This time, we were giving tickets to a large number of political entrepreneurs who had joined the party only for opportunism, who had jumped  ship from Congress, BJP or BSP at the last moment,  who had no ideological commitment to our party, had no record of public service, and whose sources of wealth weren't explained.
Some of them were people against whom our party had itself complained that they were distributing money or liquor or had beaten up our volunteers. One of them (our initial choice from Wazirpur), went back to the BJP within 4 hours of us announcing his candidature. Your initial choice for the Mehrauli seat, Gandas, had to be dropped at the last moment only because his photographs were circulated with him showing off, with a glass of liquor in one hand and a revolver in the other. Yet, while he was dropped, his brother was given the ticket. Eventually, even he had to be changed because our Lokpal, Admiral Ramdas gave a strong report against him.

Thereafter, AAP stopped having meetings of the PAC or sending names for the approval of the PAC, and started announcing names on their own. When all this happened, I said "Now enough is enough. If this does not stop, and if there is no credible scrutiny of these candidates, I will have to resign from the party and make public the reasons for my resignation." On that, an emergency meeting was called at my residence on January 4, by Yogendra Yadav, Prithvi Reddy etc which had 16-17 people from all over the country, important functionaries of the party. All of them felt that the party's campaign would be ruined if I resigned at that stage.

In that meeting I said, "Look, all these kinds of compromises are being made, various ethical corners are being cut and now you are selecting these kind of candidates without proper transparency or scrutiny. If you go with these kinds of candidates, then even if you win, the further compromises that you will have to make, will be such that they will completely destroy the USP of the party, which is of being a clean, transparent party, wedded to alternative politics. And instead of winning by using these kinds of candidates, it would be better to lose the elections by going with clean and honourable candidates". That statement is being twisted around to claim that I said that I wanted the party to lose.
I had said that rather than winning by these kinds of candidates and means, it's better to go with honourable candidates and run the risk of a possible loss. Because winning with these kinds of candidates and means destroys the founding principles of the party in the short run, and will destroy the party itself in the long run.
If I had wanted the party to lose the elections, I would have resigned and gone public with my reasons at that very time. If Yogendra Yadav wanted the party to lose, he would not have convened that meeting and stopped me from going public. Instead, he worked his heart out for this campaign, defended the party on innumerable occasions on TV. And yet you have the temerity to accuse even him, along with me, of working for the defeat of the party!
At the end of that meeting, an arrangement was worked out with your express consent, that: We would immediately refer all the complaints against candidates who had been selected to the Lokpal of the party and his decision would be final. And the rest of the issues of institutional reforms about transparency in the party, accountability, swaraj, inner party democracy - those issues will be taken up immediately after the elections. So those complaints against 12 candidates were referred to the Lokpal. In the 4 days that he had to do this exercise, he recommended the  removal of two against whom there was clear evidence, recommended the issuance of warnings against six against whom there was some evidence, and allowed four to continue. Two were thus removed.

But the other issue of institutional reforms, which was agreed to be taken up within two days of the election results, were not discussed. Instead, the National Executive meeting of February 26, which you chose not to attend, started with Vishwas announcing your resignation and a no holds barred attack on Yogendra Yadav and myself by members of your coterie. The message conveyed by them on your behalf was clear: That the price for your continuing as Convenor was our removal from the PAC and NE. I then responded and pointed out the things I have mentioned above, and the issues of institutional reforms, but those were not discussed. The only issue that was discussed that day was whether you should continue as Convenor.
We all agreed that you should continue, but thereafter, some people went to your residence to meet you, and you made it clear that it's either you or us, and that we have to be removed. And therefore, that is what happened in the next meeting which was held on March 4.
A charge that is made against me is that I did not campaign for the party during this election. I had said that I can't campaign for many of these candidates, and given the manner in which these candidates had been selected, I was willing to campaign only for those candidates about whom I was fairly certain that they were the kind of people who would take the ideology of clean politics forward and work in public interest if they win. I had in fact given a list of five people that I thought were decent. But the party did not send me any programme for addressing public meetings. I therefore went for Pankaj Pushkar's public meetings who had personally invited me.
The other charge made against me is that I stopped people from donating to AAP. When other people asked me whether they should donate etc, I'd said, "Look, you should donate to those candidates who appear to be decent and honest to you". You and your coterie have made the same charge against my sister Shalini Gupta. She also said the same thing that I had said to a closed circle of friends. In fact she strenuously encouraged the Global group to donate to deserving candidates, which is why several candidates got so much funds from NRIs.
Your coterie have also accused my father, my sister and myself of trying to capture the party. Arvind, you know very well that none of us have even wanted any executive positions or tickets for ourselves or any friends or family members. We have only tried to contribute and help in every way that we could to see the party grow into a powerful and credible vehicle for alternative politics in the country. My father, apart from donating more than 2 crores as seed money to the party, has spent an enormous amount of time in giving selfless advice, legal and otherwise to the party. He played a major role in the draft of the Jan Lokpal bill. He worked for the well being of the party with his "tan, man and dhan". Yes, when he felt that you, for various reasons were not the right person to lead the party organisation, he frankly told you so. Apart from the reasons of ethical compromises mentioned above, he also saw that you were violating the constitution and rules of the party repeatedly, not allowing any working structure of the party organisation to be created (other than a coterie), and were not interested in formulating the policies of the party.

For two years, the elaborate reports of the 34 policy committees that we had set up, have been gathering dust because you havent found the time or have the inclination to look at those reports and apply your mind to them. You accuse my father of having stated that you were his third choice for CM after Kiran Bedi and Ajay Maken. That was his honest view after seeing all the shorcomings in your character that he had been observing. I had immediately publicly disagreed with his opinion, but in the light of what has transpired subsequently, particularly the stage managed lumpenism that you got unleashed in the NC meeting, I regretfully wonder if he was right.

My sister Shalini Gupta, as well as many other highly qualified persons, left their lucrative jobs abroad to help you build credible and efficient systems which would have proper cells and expertise so that it could function as a world class organisation. On repeated occasions you had yourself asked Shalini to give up her job for the sake of the country and said that her role as Organization Development Advisor was only an advisory role and not a formal position with any power in the party as discussed in the PAC before she was appointed.  However it became clear over time that you did not want any professional advice in this matter. Instead you asked Ashutosh who has no such professional expertise to come up with an alternative plan to make each cell of the party organisation an appendage to your coterie and accountable only to you.

It is true Arvind that I have not contributed as much as you for the party. I have not fasted, nor gone to jail. I have been mostly involved in my various PILs against various scams, 2G, Coalgate, the CBI director, 4G, the Reliance Gas robbery, against GM foods, Nuclear Power Plants, destructive Hydel projects, Section 66A, Tobacco and Gutka, etc. I have spent the rest of my time giving legal and other advice to the party and fighting its cases in court. I have never been interested in any executive posts and I have seen my role in the party mainly as a person who will try and ensure that it remains true to its founding principles. And it is for this reason that I have raised my voice whenever I have found it to be slipping from its path.

Arvind, this party was founded with a lot of idealism by thousands of people, especially young people, who came out and spent a lot of their time, effort, energy, money, sweat and blood in order to create a vehicle for alternative politics, in order to create a party that would practice clean and transparent politics. But unfortunately, all those principles are being betrayed by you and your coterie, who are currently in control of the party. And it has become a supremo-oriented, high-command culture kind of party.

You feel that you can rectify everything by running the Delhi government well in the 5 years that you have. You think that if you deliver on governance, people will forget what you have done to the party. I wish you well in that endeavour. Even traditional political parties like Congress, BJP have done some governance.  But the dream that we started with for clean and principled politics and corruption free governance was much much bigger.  The fear that I have, is that after how you have behaved and the character traits that you have showed, this dream of clean and principled politics that the Aam Aadmi party was founded on may well turn into a nightmare. But still, I wish you well.

Goodbye and good luck,

Prashant

Successful Missions of R&AW: Our Bond!

1. When RAW beat the ISI at its own game during Liberation of Bangladesh.

An Indian agent of R&AW, Hashum Qureshi in Srinagar was working in league with the BSF. In Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, a Pakistan sponsored terrorist organization, launched the Al-Fatah organization for liberation from J&K from India. 36 of these members were arrested by J&K Police with the help of Indian Intelligence Agencies. In order to get more inside information, R&AW decided to infiltrate Qureshi into this organization has he had knowledge of the terrain of POK.But he changed his integrity when he was sent to POK and was won over by the Pakistani Intelligence, the ISI. He was given training to hijack a plane by a former Pakistani pilot. When he was sent to India back the BSF arrested him and he spilled the beans upon interrogation. What was his plan?
The plan was to hijack plane which would be piloted by Rajiv Gandhi, son of Mrs. Indira Gandhi then Prime Minister of India. When this startling disclosure was reported to the head of the head of BSF and R&AW, India decided to beat Pakistan at it’s own game and yes, we won!
R&AW and BSF persuaded Qureshi to work for them in order to save him from execution by Indian Authorities. Plan was Qureshi would hijack an Indian Airlines aircraft flying from Srinagar to Lahore and where he would demand the release of 36 members of the Al-Fatah who were in jail in India in lieu of the passengers on the plane.

A Fokker Friendship aircraft, Ganga of the Indian Airlines which was retired already from Indian Airlines was inducted for this operation. The plane was hijacked and he was allowed a toy pistol and a fake grenade inside the plane. Pakistani authorities at Lahore allowed the plane to land when there were informed that it had been hijacked by National Liberation Front of POK. All India Radio soon made the broadcast of this hijacking.

ac578417

The whole world was informed that the Pakistani Government was behind this hijacking. Later he demanded (As Planned) release of 36 Al-Fatah members in the custody of India to which India declined. Qureshi was given political asylum and hailed him as a Freedom Fighter in Pakistan. He spoke to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. Later the passengers of the plane came by road to India and the plane was burned by Pakistan.
Why did India execute this operation? Indian government banned all the flights of Pakistan flying over our territory and it exposed that Pakistani state openly and actively supported terrorists. The truth was known to Pakistan that they were agents of the Indian Government.
Pakistan was trying to curb the civil unrest in East Pakistan by using civil flights to send resources. The shortest air route between east and west Pakistan was from Indian Air Space. Any other air route without using India air space was at least 3 times long and triple time/fuel consuming as shown by the above image. Pakistan had to go around India, via Sri Lanka. The hijacking greatly slowed down the arrival of Pakistani Army through Air Route. This was a master stroke of R&AW during the 1971 war for liberation of Bangladesh by India.

2. RAW saves ex Haryana C.M in New York.
When Rajiv Gandhi was Prime Minister of India, the then Chief Minister sought permission from him to travel to USA for his medical treatment. While Bhajan Lal was staying in a hotel, Mirchandani, the R&AW operative in the Indian embassy was assigned the job for his security. One afternoon, he noticed 5 Sikhs assembled in mysterious situation a few yards away from the hotel. He alerted the New York Police which swooped on them.

A total of 6 terrorists were arrested and they found automatic weapons, photographs of the CM, room numbers and hospital details were found where he had been operated for eye surgery including layout plans of the hospital. R&AW saved him.
Hats off to Indian intelligence agency RAW once again!

3. Key Role for Navy in 1971 war.

The Indian Navy celebrates December 4th as Navy Day, it is on this day that India had a strategic Naval victory over Pakistan by rendering its financial capital, Karachi’s port useless as it was completely destroyed. Known as Op. Trident, these operations saw the first use of anti-ship missiles in the region, second Worldwide and first sinking of naval vessels in the region since World War II.
R&AW and the Indian Navy working together and crushed the enemy with Indian Navy ships reporting not a single loss while the Karachi port was burning, while Minesweeper PNS Muhafiz sunkDestroyer PNS Khaibar sunk,Transport, MV Venus Challenger, sunk, Destroyer PNS Shah Jahan badly damaged, scrapped as result and Karachi harbour fuel storage tanks destroyed and more than 100+ sailors killed and reports of more than 500+ were badly injured.

.
This would not have been possible without the valuable intel from R&AW. It all started when the Defence Minister prior to 1971 war called R.N Rao where Chief of Naval Staff was sitting with him to South Bock. It was discussed that if hostilities would start with Pakistan, Indian Navy would attack the Karachi harbour so that enemy’s navy be bottled up from harassing our ship movement in the Arabian sea. Naval Chief had intel that Pakistan had put up new defences to guard the entrance of the harbour on the near by cliffs and Navy had no intel after that at all.
R&AW happily accepted for the job and few days later came up with a plan involving specialists from the Photo Laboratory of R&AW, Murty. It was found that a Parsee doctor on a B.I ship periodically sailed from Bombay to Karachi port and was ready to help them. Roa and Murty with cover names as Rod and Moriarty sailed two days later on the Doctor’s ship. Before the ship entered Karachi, doctor arranged to take their equipment and get Rod and Moriarty admitted in the ship’s sick bay as patients.
At the entrance of the Karachi harbour, Karachi CID personnel boarded and ordered the Captain to bring all Indian passengers before them. He noticed two passengers were missing and when informed they were down with Chicken Pox, he beat a hasty retreat and left.
The pilot, thereafter, took the ship between the two cliffs of the entry point which guarded the narrow entrance to the harbour. While our Indian operatives photographed everything, including the fortification and gun mountings with powerful Telephoto Lenses. While going in, Sick Bay was on the port side and while sailing out the harbour, the sick bay was on the other side of the cliff which was again photographed.
The Indian Naval Chief and his aides were as much as amazed and satisfied with the Intelligence. Some months later, when War broke out, Indian Naval Boats beat the hell out of the fortifications of the harbour and bottled the enemy’s Navy!

Reading about the 1971 War, still gives us goose bumps!

Sure, It sure was a very successful R&AW Operation!

4. When M.H Ansari did not take action to rescue our operative.

M.H Ansari, the current Vice President of Republic of India was one of the few Muslim Diplomats posted by the MEA. He was posted as an Ambassador to Tehran in the late 1990’s. An Indian R&AW operative, Kapoor was kidnapped by the Iranian intelligence officials while he was returning from India to Iran. This young operative was tortured for three days and his whereabouts were never informed to the Indian Embassy. He was drugged, given inhuman treatment before he was thrown out on a lonely road.

Ansari is the current Vice President of India.
Ansari did not pursue this matter with the Iranian Government much to the discomfiture of the staff posted in Tehran. The Kashmiris from India were imparted religious preaching at a religious centre at Qom near Tehran by the religious clergy of the Iranian counterpart.
Our R&AW was closely monitoring and keeping a watch of the activities of these trainees and reporting to the Head Quarters in New Delhi. R&AW had also managed to develop contacts inside the religious centre through another operative, Mathur and used to procure inside information through his contacts which was known to Ansari.
Mathur was later kidnapped by Iranians Intelligence and when he did not make it to work, his colleagues made the efforts to trace him in Tehran. Ansari did not take this matter seriously and the staff inside the Mission were outraged and agitated over the lackadaisical attitude of Ansari in this matter. Finally after two days, all the wives of the staff members numbering more than 30 of the Mission assembled outside the gate to protest against Ansari for his inaction to get Mathur, our operative released. Ansari refused to meet these ladies and when the situation reached a boiling point, Mathur’s wife along with some other ladies barged into his room and rebuked him for his inaction. Then R&AW operatives contacted HQ in New Delhi and informed the then PM, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Within few hours, Mathur was released by the Iraninan Intelligence when PMO intervened and took up the matter with Iran.
Mathur was subjected to third degree torture but refused to divulge any information. They wanted to get information of R&AW agents in Iran. Most of the R&AW operations in Iran received a set back after this incident since the operatives became highly insecure due to inaction of Ansari.

Security in Jammu and Kashmir is maintained by the Indian Army which has to fight against terrorism which is actively supported from across the border.
Our brave R&AW operatives had even penetrated QOM religious centre to monitor activities of some Kashmiri elements which was detrimental to the security situation in our Jammu and Kashmir.
Note, some of the information, regarding Jethmalani, Ansari was revealed by RK Yadav, Former R&AW Officer in his book.

"My Choice" : Blurred Choice!

Deepika Padukone's "My Choice" stirred a lot of emotions all over the social media. My facebook feed was full of appraisals on the day the video was released.

"Transcript: My body, my mind, my choice To wear the clothes I like; even if my spirit roams naked My choice; to be a size 0 or a size 15 They don’t have a size for my spirit, and never will To use cotton and silk to trap my soul is to believe that you can halt the expansion of the universe Or capture sunlight in the palm of your hand Your mind is caged, let it free My body is not Let it be My choice To marry, or not to marry To have sex before marriage, to have sex out of marriage, or to not have sex My choice To love temporarily, or to lust forever. My choice To love a man, or a woman, or both Remember; you are my choice, I’m not your privilege The bindi on my forehead, the ring on my finger, adding your surname to mine, they’re all ornaments and can be replaced-- My love for you cannot, so treasure that My choice; to come home when I want. Don’t be upset if I come home at 4am . Don’t be fooled if I come home at 6pm, My choice; to have your baby or not To pick you from 7 billion choices or not. So don’t get cocky My pleasure might be your pain My songs, your noise My order, your anarchy Your sins, my virtues. My choices are like my fingerprints They make me unique. I am the tree of the forest I am the snowflake not the snowfall You are the snowflake. Wake up Get out of the shit storm. I choose to empathise. Or to be indifferent I choose to be different I am the universe Infinite in every direction. This is my choice. "

Good, that you're dedicated towards empowering women. My sole problem is, Why are you mis-guiding youth by molding the definition of Women Empowerment?

Women Empowerment as far as i perceive, means strengthening women to provide them the potential to compete with the other sex in all spheres of life, by providing equal opportunity. I'm eager to know how does roaming around naked will help in women empowerment. Why don't you talk about equal opportunity, Why don't you emphasize of education? On the contrary, you talk about "The Choice"!

Miss Deepika, what does a choice means to you? Do you think just making up your mind about something is a choice?
There's a saying, "Anyone can make a choice, what matters is if you made the wise choice."
A choice is when you decide to drink poison, but is it a wise choice!

By "My Choice" nautanki, and applying the laws of equality, which states that equality is for all, Don't you think you gave a great excuse of "their choice" to the people who hide behind blatant excuses. A rapist can say , My choice to rape or not to rape! So can a murderer!

Proudly you said,  "My choice to have sex outside of marriage"! The very western culture that you follow considers infidelity a sin, leave alone the Indian Culture.

No word uttered against the real problems that the women face. No word against dowry, nothing for equal representation, or equal job opportunities, female foeticide, domestic violence, harassment! We understand these things are beyond your IQ level, or I better say, beyond the IQ level of your PR team! No wonder these tactics come just before someone from Bollywood is having their movie released.

It's yout choice to be size 15 or size 50! Indeed! But, who makes this false image of women that you need to be size 15, or you need beauty products, white skin is perfect, pimples are bad! Bollywood! Advertisers! The same people that you work for! Double Standards?

There was an incident when a politician said the same thing about infidelity and there was massive outrage by the people on his statement. But the scenario is different here, The person involved is a celebrity, Elite! How can she be wrong! She's too modern to be wrong!

Measuring Women Empowerment just in terms of freedom of having sex, or the clothes you wear is utter stupidity! There are women who have achieved much more than a bollywood actress can! There are women who rose from poor villages and joined Indian Civil Services by hardwork and will! I don't think they cared about what they wear. Yes, it is their choice and so is yours to make the video, and so is ours to place our perception to people!
There are single moms out there who are working and taking care of their children, that's Women Empowerment!
There are poor girls out there, who are shining brightly to get scholarships to pursue their dream, that's empowerment!
There is Saina Nehwal, making the nation proud on the International Level, that's Empowerment!

If you're so concerned, you're a celebrity, you have the financial back, do something about it and make a difference! Talking about PR, aah yes you got enough of that in that roast!

Cheers to Women out there who are making a difference!

Jai Hind!

P.S: This is a reference to my good friend Swati, who recently made it to the officer cadre of Indian Army fighting against all odds, The humblest! Working selflessly for an NGO in delhi, She made it to the army in her final attempt, fought till the last! and for me, she IS the role model of Women Empowerment!
Good Luck Swati
Proud of you!

Secularism: A Reality Check!

**All the views are personal, and are not intended to hurt any religious feeling, in case they do………GROW UP!**
I have been thinking of writing on this issue for a long time. It’s been in the news recently. A number of families got converted to Hinduism in Kerela. And since then, i’m daily witnessing heated debates on leading news channels in thePrime time, like it is a matter of national interest. But one thing that i found was common in the projection of the issue by the mainstream media is : Attempt to project conversion as a recent trend especially after the change of govt. And the educated “intellectual” generation is made to believe the false image of secularism which they believe without questioning or knowing the factual reality. I was going through my facebook and a post grabbed my attention, it was “i hate radical Hinduism and radical Islam”, i commented “radical Christianity?”. The reply was, “Much better than radical Hinduism.” I stopped the argument because taking any further step would have been taken as an offence against the intellectual-ity of that respected person by him. At that moment, i decided i’ll write on this.
So, Conversion! Before demeaning any religion ,i would go into a brief history. The oldest religion which dates back to 2000 BC was the Sanatana Dharma , the pure form of present Hinduism. Major religions in Asia like Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism emerged from it. Second oldest was Judaism (1500 BC), followed by Christianity and Islam (570 AD). Now, just these figures can give an idea of the conversion reality. Christianity and Islam share a historical and traditional connection being Abrahamic religions. Not much people know about the “war” between these two, where they fought against each other to propagate their religion. Known as the Crusades. Features were mass murder, plunder, forceful conversion….etc etc etc.Even a 10 year old can figure out how can a religion that started in the middle east propagated all the way to Europe and then the new world.
The problem with India is, Hindus are tolerant people. Trust me they really are. I mean i did not find any other instance in the world where a native major religion (oldest too), allowed the propagation of other religion on their soil peacefully. We find many records and writings by the travelers and philosophers prove this.
But the sad part is, Secularism is changing it’s definition into, favoring a particular religion. And, defaming the Hindu ideology! The vote bank politics in India has created such a disastrous scenario that anything and everything that could fetch the “Minority” votes, comes under Secularism. People are made to believe that Hinduism is the most intolerant religion on this earth by the projection in Media, yes i’m targeting the movie “PK”. Laughing on god is fine, even i laugh but why double standards. Why is it that the censor boards found no objection in PK due to “Creative Endeavors” and “Kamaal Dhamaal Malaamal” was shown to the catholic group before releasing and scenes were deleted? Why PK was made tax free in U.P only after the Hindu groups started opposing it?
Sure there are things to laugh, i mean Hindus have gods in 8 figures, even if you get 1 Rs per god, you’ll get a 8 figure salary! Sure, there are frauds (who actually have 8 figure salaries), and superstitions. But i don’t think any of the Indian gods ever made a statement that, “Kill every one who is not Hindu!” or “Slave those who are non Hindus!” or let’s say, “Killing every non Hindu will get you 72 angels in paradise…..or even a 3 BHK…not even one room set!”. Thought about it? No ? Start thinking before it gets illegal! ;)
Here the “God” said and I quote,
“And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing…
but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful.   And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah] and worship is for Allah alone.  But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zalimun (the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)”
“I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them”  No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle.”
“Fight against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people.”
I’m not against any religion, but the false portrayal of a religion that is, the backbone of the Cultural Identity of this Nation. There should be no double standards. Secularism by definition is,”Secularism is the principle of the separation of government institutions and persons mandated to represent the state from religious institutions and religious dignitaries.”
In other words, the state will not interfere in the religion unless a severe reason. And, the person has the right to follow any religion. It is a personal choice! People call for State’s interference in the Conversion issue, and the same people agitate when the State try to amend the Muslim marriage law.
“Since the mid-70s Petro-dollars have been funding Bollywood and simultaneously a new underworld, supported by certain politicians and ME funding, blossomed not only to control Bollywood but Mumbai itself. And it then extended to terrorism, cultural codes like Muslims who earlier wore dresses like anyone else adopted more Pathani dresses, skull caps and burqas. There was phenomenal growth of Mosques and Madrassas. If all that was only for educational upliftment of Muslims that would be one thing but it became an “assertive” Islamic culture which resulted in more and more demands and our Central and State govts fuelled this culture with more appeasements. Kashmir Pandits were thrown out of Kashmir. Kerala saw a dramatic Islamisation of the State.Bengal and Telangana are following the same routes. UP and Bihar became terror-hubs.” – Ravi Narayan (Indian famous Blogger)
IRONIC! And all this under the flag of secularism, and this flag is not “Saffron“! The attack is culturally, politically and commercially! Target? Hinduism! The adultery and nudity is propagated and defended on the name of challenging “Orthodox” beliefs. And, that is all not being objected! The hard truth. Ending this on the quote by the first sultan of Egypt and Syria, “If you want to destroy any nation without war, make adultery or nudity common in the young generation” -Salahdiin Ayyubi.
